Team Rocket Silver

NOTE: This isn't a part of the Pokedex Holders sprite series I'm doing. I just did this for fun. This is an edit of Silver's HG/SS sprite where I redid his outfit to match that of the Team Rocket outfit Giovanni had him in briefly. (I have no clue what color the uniform and cape were, so I chose red and white as I thought they were fitting.)
